NACRJ Member Gives a TED Talk - Incarceration, Reentry and Alternatives

Melanie Snyder, an NACRJ Member, who is also the Executive Director of the Lancaster County Reentry Management Organization gave a TED Talk recently. She questions the reliance of criminal justice systems on mass incarceration, discusses its impacts and argues for the use of alternative practices (including restorative justice) to reduce the use of prisons and jails.
