Announcing Changes to the NACRJ Board of Directors

Congratulations to the following NACRJ Board members on their election to new positions:

We are excited for Thalia as she steps into her role as Board President, and we look forward to the leadership and collective vision that she, along with the other officers and board members, will bring as NACRJ continues to grow and evolve. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Lee Rush, whose term on the Board concluded in July. Lee’s commitment and contributions over the years have been invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for his service.

It is with great sadness that we also acknowledge the passing of Ted Lewis, who died on July 23rd after a recent diagnosis of cancer. Ted’s impact on our community and the field of restorative justice will be remembered and cherished. To honor his memory, we invite you to visit his In Memoriam page here.  

We would also like to thank Dr. Teiahsha Bankhead for her outstanding leadership and service on the Board, particularly during the past two years as our Board President. Although her term as President ended in August, we are pleased that she will continue to serve on the Board in the role of Past President.
