Pre-Conference Circle Process Training

The pre-conference training session on the use of circles to address problems and conflicts within communities led by Dominic Barter was attended by 75 people.  The morning focused on establishing a relational basis for meaningful dialogue (i.e., creating the signal over which deeper communication can travel). The afternoon examined a set of questions to be considerd and issues to be addressed over time as dialogue deepens.
