Quabbin Mediation is a community-based organization committed to helping people in Central and Western Massachusetts resolve conflicts, acquire communication skills, and intervene in harmdoing situations. They offer veteran-specific mediation, training active bystanders, and mediation resolving disputes of all kinds, including neighbor, business, landlord-tenant, divorce, family, and workplace.

Quabbin Mediation seeks to weave the language and process of creative problem solving into the fabric of the community by mediating cases that arise in all areas of community life, by teaching mediation and conflict resolution skills, and by implementing other forms of innovative dispute resolution.
